TYPE : Concentrated Asphalt Truck Bed Release Agent PROD.# 1083
BENEFITS : Non-foaming release agent with a concentrated blend of biodegradable, heat-resisting organic oils and emulsifiers. Contains no petroleum distillates or water. Prevents the asphalt from sticking to bed and allows the entire load to slide easily and completely when bed is tilted. Will not adversely affect the asphalt mix, or cause environmental concerns. This product will not foam regardless of the method of application.

Economical Concentrated formulation may be diluted up to 1 to 40 parts water for use. Apply emulsion with Zep Model 204-C proportioner, air-driven diaphragm pump, or
pump-up sprayer. It can be applied through existing foamer.

Does not affect asphalt Product conforms to regulations pertaining to asphalt construction.
Easy removal Equipment may be easily cleaned by rinsing thoroughly with water.

NOTE: This product will not foam regardless of application method. It is formulated to apply as a white emulsion, which quickly
breaks, leaving an oily release film on the surface.
