An alkaline powder formulated for use on sensitive metals such as aluminum, yet
powerful enough to remove tough soils from ferrous metals. Low foam to allow
use in agitated systems such as cabinet spray washers and power washers. Free
rinsing for minimum residue on cleaned parts.
DIRECTIONS:
ALUMINUM:
Hot Vat Add 1 2 oz (1/16 1/8 pound) of compound per gallon of water in the
vat. Operating temperatures must not exceed 160°F and soak time must not
exceed 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly by soak or spray.
Spray Wash Preheat water to 140°F. Turn on circulation pump and slowly add 1
2 oz (1/16 1/8 pound) of compound per gallon of water in system. Washing
temperature must not exceed 160°F and rinse temperature can be higher for
faster drying. The cleaning time must not exceed 30 minutes. Operate according
to equipment manufacturers instructions.
FERROUS METALS:
Follow directions for Hot Vat and Spray Wash given above for aluminum, except
that maximum concentration may be increased to 1 pound per gallon of water,
maximum temperature may be increased to 190°F, and maximum cleaning time
may exceed 30 minutes if desired.
