DESCRIPTION
Non-irritating, mild, mineral acid type liquid chemical cleaner containing a concentrated blend of strong, non-fuming mineral acids and wetting agents.

DIRECTIONS:
For Cleaning Ready-Mix Trucks: Dilute ZEP FORMULA 7961 one part to
three parts water. Brush or spray on drum, chute and other contaminated
parts of truck and allow 5 to 10 minutes soaking time. Agitate heavy deposits
with a brush to facilitate removal. Rinse thoroughly with a strong stream of
water. For Windshields of Ready-Mix Trucks: Dilute one part of ZEP
FORMULA 7961 with five parts of water. Apply to windshield with soft bristle
brush and agitate periodically. When cement appears loosened, rinse
thoroughly with plenty of clean water. For Cleaning Masonry: Dilute one
part ZEP FORMULA 7961 with three parts water. Apply to brick, stone and
tile surfaces with spray or brush. Agitate periodically until all cement is
loosened. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water. For Removal of
Calcium and Protein Scale from Processing Equipment in Meat and
Poultry Processing Plants: Dilute ZEP FORMULA 7961 one part with 5
parts water. Thoroughly wet the equipment surface with this solution. Allow
5 to 10 minutes soaking time. Concentration and soaking time may be varied
depending upon the degree of scale buildup. Scrub with natural bristle brush
or scouring pad. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water. To Brighten Aluminum,
Galvanized, or Stainless Steel Surfaces: Dilute ZEP FORMULA 7961 with
3 to 5 parts of water. Thoroughly wet the surface with the solution. Allow
solution to remain on surface, scrubbing intermittently with a brush or
scouring pad, until metal surface is brightened to the desired degree. Rinse
thoroughly with water. Repeat when necessary on severely dulled surfaces.
To Etch Concrete Floor Prior to Sealing: Dilute 1 part ZEP FORMULA 7961
with 2-3 parts water. Apply to floor and spread with suitable applicator.
Allow solution to stand for 5 minutes and keep wet. Then rinse well with
water. Allow surface to DRY THOROUGHLY before applying sealer. Coil
Cleaning and Brightening: Heavily Soiled Equipment — Mix 1 part ZEP
FORMULA 7961 with 1 to 2 parts water. Apply with a low pressure, acid
resistant sprayer (coarse spray) and allow a short soak period to loosen soil
and oxidation. Rinse thoroughly with water. Routine Maintenance — Mix 1
part ZEP FORMULA 7961 with 4 to 6 parts water and use as outlined above.
NOTE: DO NOT use this product on anodized or highly polished metal
surfaces (including stainless steel and aluminum), or on marble, and do not
allow runoff to contact such surfaces, as irreversible damage may occur.
Should product accidentally contact any of these surfaces, flush immediately
with water.
