BENEFITS : A protective coating for ferrous surfaces where safety, low-odor, short-term protection and paintability are important. Leaves no visible residue. Will not interfere with subsequent painting of treated surfaces.

• Water Soluble • Mixes readily with water for fast, easy application in spray or immersion rinse procedures
• Oil Free • Anti-Rust contains no oils or silicone oils. When used as directed it will not interfere with subsequent painting or treatment operations, in all but the most critical of applications. Test before general use.
• Protects metal surfaces • Anti-Rust keeps treated iron and steel surfaces from corroding for periods of up to two weeks indoors and 24-36 hours outdoors depending on weather conditions
• Super Concentrated • Use at a rate of 1 part product to 128 parts (1 gallon) water for most applications
• Invisible • Dries to an invisible coating that will not discolor surfaces or obscure markings
• No Solvents • Anti-Rust contains absolutely no solvents and eliminates all problems of odor and combustibility
DESCRIPTION
A concentrated oil free water-based corrosion inhibitor containing organic and inorganic inhibitors and wetting agents. Mix with rinsing water when painting or coating metal is the subsequent step.
APPLICATIONS
Recommended for use in any and all facilities where metal parts are cleaned, exposing them to oxidation (rusting).

DIRECTIONS:
Protection of Freshly Cleaned Metal Surfaces:
1. VAT IMMERSION - Use at a rate of 1 ounce per gallon
of water in vat.
2. SPRAY RINSE - Inject into rinse water at a rate of 1
ounce per gallon of water. NOTE: Either metal
surface or solution must be hot (above 140°F) to
provide maximum protection.
As a Tank Protector:
Add to water in tank at a rate of 1 gallon product per 500 gallons of tank
capacity.
