BENEFITS : Zep A-ONE is an extra heavy duty industrial cleaner. Its concentrated formula contains wetting and emulsifying agents as well as grease and oil dissolving solvents. The controlled-foam formulation make A-ONE an ideal product for use in automatic scrubbers such as those used to clean concrete plant floors. A-ONE is specially designed to clean hard surfaces and to remove soils such as those resulting from fire and smoke damage, or carbon and soot deposits. It cleans concrete and masonry, brick, tile, and industrial floors of all kinds. The product is a lavender-tinted, clear liquid with a pleasant clean fragrance; a welcome change from harsh caustics and smelly solvents. Its bleaching action actually brightens surfaces as it cleans tough dirt and stains.

Heavy-duty industrial, multi-purpose alkaline cleaner. Concentrated formula contains wetting agents, emulsifiers, grease dissolving solvents, as well as alkaline phosphates and sequestering agents. It is a lavender clear liquid with a pleasant fragrance.
APPLICATIONS
Heavy-duty industrial cleaning applications include fire and smoke damage; carbon and soot removal; concrete and other masonry cleaning; industrial floors; brick, and ceramic tile cleaning; shower and bathroom mildew stains. Avoid contact with painted surfaces.

Controlled foam - ideal for use in automatic scrubbers to clean concrete floors.
Pleasant, clean fragrance - a welcome change from harsh caustics and
malodorous solvents. Bleaching action - brightens surfaces as it removes soils. Other uses: cleanup from fire and smoke damage; clean-up of building exteriors to remove
accumulated soils without harm to surfaces or the environment.
DIRECTIONS:
GENERAL INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS: Dilute 1 part product with 5 to 10
parts hot or cold water and spray or mop on surface. Allow contact time of 3
to 5 minutes and scrub. Rinse with water.
SMOKE AND FIRE DAMAGE: Dilute 1 part product with 3 parts hot water.
Apply to soot or carbon soils with brush or low pressure spray. Amount of
solution required depends upon degree of soil and porosity of the surface.
Rinse with water to prevent redeposition of soils.
INDUSTRIAL FLOORS AND CONCRETE: Dilute 1 part product with 3 to 5
parts hot water and apply with mop or pressure sprayer. Scrub using a floor
machine or deck brush. Allow a contact time of 5 to 10 minutes, but do not
allow to dry. Pick up solution with wet pick-up vacuum; a mop and wringer; or
flush to floor drain. Rinse floor thoroughly.
FOR USE IN AUTOMATIC SCRUBBERS: Add to the solution tank at a
dilution of one part product with up to 64 parts water, depending on amount
of soil. Extremely soiled areas should be pre-treated with A-ONE mixed 1 part
with 10 parts water, before scrubbing. Pick up all residues of detergent
solution and dissolved soils with vacuum pick-up or rinse thoroughly with mop
and wringer.
NOTE: Avoid contact with painted surfaces as damage may occur.
BIODEGRADABLE: All detergents used in the manufacture of this product
are biodegradable.
