What is your exchange policy for footwear?

Answer

    If you have received your shoe purchase from Axela Medical, and find that they do not fit you properly, simply email or call us and we will begin processing a Return Authorization. This must be done within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for sending they're pair back, and Axela Medical will cover shipping costs for the replacement pair. If more than one exchange of size is needed, customer is responsible for shipping both ways on the second exchange.

    We STRONGLY recommend using a trackable shipping service such as UPS or FedEx as we are Not responsible for items lost during exchange process.
 
    Please be sure to obtain a Return Authorization from Axela Medical before sending your pair back. We will not process an exchange without a Return Authorization.
